Tobacco Cessation

Congratulations for taking this important step towards quitting tobacco and improving your health! Below you will find the online resources you will need to complete the course. 

There is a lot of material to cover. You may want to consider setting aside a little time on a few different days to review the information.  Please follow the steps below to complete this course.

You will be contacted to schedule two follow up appointments with a member of your tobacco cessation team. We recommend keeping a list of your questions to review with your clinician during these appointments.
